I have read somewhere though that if the moon is at 29* and it makes an aspect within the first degree of it's ingress - it's considered a perfection. This is the case with Moon-Venus. Quincunx means an adjustment is required. I can understand that... But, with Saturn in the 5th... prolly not gonna happen...
I guess I'm in the house of 'personal undoing', so I wouldn't be surprised if I just decide not to.
It's interesting and often meaningful to see planets and points at the same degrees (example: Mercury+Part of Fortune), connected to the cusp (Mars+9th house), Fixed Stars, and all those "critical degrees" of sorts being highlighted... There's meaning in all of that.
